We are seeking Nurse Practitioners who will manage the primary health care of patients with respect and understanding. This includes diagnosing and treating illnesses with compassion, prescribing medications thoughtfully, ordering tests with consideration for the patient's experience, and providing patient education with empathy and clarity.

The Family NP manages their own patient panels and works in a collaborative, team‑based environment alongside family medicine and internal medicine physicians. This role is situated within an adult medicine clinic, and the ability to coordinate care effectively with other primary care providers is essential to success. This role involves a high degree of independent action while following established standards, procedures and practices under the direction of the Supervising Physician.

• Provide excellent and comprehensive patient care. Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their caregivers.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations and maintain detailed patient records.
• Update patient information and medical records with the latest findings and treatments in the hospital's electronic medical records.
• Management of services in accordance with established Clinic’s policies/procedures.
• Order tests for healthcare staff to administer.
• Review and interpret test results.
• Reasonable patient load.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• You'll work with an assistant, and scribe service (or AI scribe) to better manage administrative workload.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

• Graduate of an accredited academic Nurse Practitioner program.
• Certification by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
• Completed coursework to apply for DEA number.
• FNP experience of at least one year in a family practice setting.
• Knowledge of rural clinics, billing and office set-up, experience preferred.
• English proficiency required;
