Registered Nurse (RN) – Compassionate Care Home Health – Ridgecrest, CA
Compassionate Care Home Health is a trusted home health agency serving the Central Valley. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate care team for the Ridgecrest area.

- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and provide nursing care per state Nurse Practice Act.
- Determine nursing diagnoses, develop and revise care plans.
- Administer medications and teach family self‑care techniques.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and facilitate self‑sufficiency.
- Maintain accurate and relevant clinical notes.
- Communicate with physicians and coordinate community health providers.
- Act as case manager when assigned, supervising ancillary personnel.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, on‑call duties, quality improvement and continuing education.
- Graduate of a National League of Nursing‑accredited school of nursing.
- Current California RN license and CPR certification.
- Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing experience within the last three (3) years or a bachelor’s degree with current RN license (two years of experience, at least one in home or hospice nursing is preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem‑solving and basic math skills.
- Physical stamina: able to lift, transfer, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch; good vision and hearing.
- Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
