Specialty Rx is a Long‑Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities. Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

We are seeking a Client Service Manager located in the surrounding areas of Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk). The Client Service Manager will service and oversee relationships with our long‑term care facilities and assisted living communities in the aforementioned areas. The position reports to the Account Executive Manager and operates in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.

• Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
• Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
• Relate to client needs.
• Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and solve facility issues.
• Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
• Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and backup boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
• Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seals are placed and medications are not expired.
• Develop and maintain relationships with administrators and directors of nursing at client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.

• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
• Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
• Driven and motivated problem‑solver.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to drive long distances in the State of New York and Long Island, NY (Nassau & Suffolk) (must reside in Queens‑Nassau or Nassau‑Suffolk).
