Base pay range$80,000.00/yr - $/yr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager/Director to lead our U.S. business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in opening new accounts and building strong client relationships. This role focuses on driving revenue growth across IT-related diverse business areas.
- Drive sales initiatives to acquire new clients.
- Identify and develop relationships with decision-makers at client companies, service providers, and vendor networks.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with recruitment, operations, and technical teams to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
- Develop new business for the existing clients and new clients.
- Travel clients’ sites on regular basis to check the service quality and client’s evaluation.
- Research potential client’s information through web and media to open the relationship with the clients to introduce our service lines.
- Secure the clients for the diverse service areas including IT, Solutions, Staffing, Deployment services (low voltage, distributed antenna system, transportation).
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- 10+ years’ experience in sales and business development.
- Deep understanding of Korean companies in U.S.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a Korean English bilingual setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
