Base pay range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Opportunities for bonuses and commissions.

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand services.
• Order parts and manage efficient use of company materials.
• Collect payment for work performed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
• One year or more of appliance repair experience (preferred).

• No nights or weekends; solid work‑life balance.

  Mr. Appliance Academy to progress from Apprentice to Master Technician.
