Accounts Payable Coordinator
Responsibilities- Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
- Problem resolution, including daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
- Statement and report review.
- Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
- Support company operations with administrative tasks as needed.
- Working knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year’s office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
