Accounts Payable Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
  • Problem resolution, including daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
  • Statement and report review.
  • Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
  • Support company operations with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working knowledge of Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year’s office experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.
