12 month W2 contract (with potential to extend or transition to perm)
Pay rate: $18-22/hr - Depending on Education and Experience
Shift: Business hours with 3 days per week onsite (Wednesday is mandatory)
Summary:
Provides administrative support to one or more individuals within a specified department or departments.
- Support individuals in the department(s); majority of responsibilities will be travel and expense coordination and recording.
- Support may include:
- Data entry, coordination of conference rooms and meetings
- Records retention and file management
- Invoicing through the internal system
- Ordering and managing departmental supplies
- Expense report reconciliation
- Training class support
- General support
- Performs all company business in accordance with all regulations and company policy and procedures.
- Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts and employees to maintain the company’s excellent reputation within the medical and pharmaceutical community.
- Experience with travel and expenses.
- Proficient in MS Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative, accountability, accuracy, problem‑solving ability and follow‑up skills.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with Concur is a plus.
- Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma.

Estimated Min Rate: $15.40
Estimated Max Rate: $22.00
