Preschool After‑Care Teacher – Ridgefield Academy

We are seeking enthusiastic Aftercare Instructors to join our Extended Care Program at the Ridgefield and Westport campuses. This part‑time position involves engaging with and caring for our students before and after classes, supervising and guiding children through indoor and outdoor group activities to create joyful, safe, and engaging learning experiences.

$19.00/hr – $22.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Engage with and care for students before and after classes.
• Supervise and guide students through indoor and outdoor group activities.
• Create joyful learning experiences that are safe, fun, and engaging.

• Enjoy working with young children.
• Professional, easygoing demeanor.
• At least 2 years of experience in a classroom or working with children of this age group.

Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 5:30 pm.

Assignments available September 3, 2025 – June 5, 2026.
