Base pay range$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Ridgefield Academy/Landmark Preschool is seeking dedicated and energetic instructors to lead a safe, engaging, and fun summer experience for our Camp RA campers in Kindergarten through Third Grade. Each week of the program features a unique theme, offering instructors the opportunity to share their creativity, enthusiasm, and talents while helping create a memorable and meaningful experience for every child.
In this position, you will lead and participate in all camp activities while providing a fun and safe environment for all campers. You will communicate with parents to inform them of the camper's experience and collaborate with the Auxiliary Program Director to ensure programming aligns with Ridgefield Academy’s mission and program expectations, including partnering with peers and Ridgefield Academy staff and faculty.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience caring for children in a camp setting and demonstrate strong leadership and communication. We are looking for flexible and creative instructors who can jump in and work with autonomy.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM
Position Dates:
June 15 – July 31, 2026
Summer Weeks:
June 15-18, June 22-26, June 29
- July 2, July 6-10, July 13-17, July 20-24
This position is seasonal and paid hourly at a competitive rate of $18-$25 per hour.
