Building Substitute Para educator (Pre-K)
Join RIDGEFIELD PUBLIC SCHOOLS as a Building Substitute Para educator (Pre‑K) for the 2025‑26 school year. Building substitutes are guaranteed work every day and are invited to attend professional learning days.
Position OverviewThe role involves filling any para‑vacancy in the school for the day; if no vacancy exists, a principal determines an assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Support classroom teachers in all pre‑K classrooms.
- Assist with lesson delivery and student activities.
- Manage classroom behavior and transitions.
- Attend scheduled professional learning days.
- High School Diploma required.
Paid $130 per day.
Location & AvailabilityBarlow Mountain Elementary School, starting 8/26/2025.
