Stylist

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Stylist to join our team at Paris Salon Full Service Salon & Boutique. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ridgefield, CT. As a Stylist, your day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand style preferences, performing haircuts, coloring, styling, and providing recommendations for hair care. You will also ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, staying updated on the latest beauty trends, and promoting salon services and retail products.

• Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to consult with clients effectively
• Knowledge of hair care products and the ability to make product recommendations
• Stay updated on the latest beauty and fashion trends
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Licensed cosmetologist or equivalent certification (required)
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on creating exceptional client experiences
• Previous experience in a salon environment is a plus
