Responsibilities:

• Excellent employment opportunity for a Scientist II/III in the Antibody Purification Group in Ridgefield, CT.
• Engage in clinical and scientific research within the Biotherapeutics Discovery department.
• Support the discovery of biotherapeutics for unmet medical needs.
• Provide expertise in protein purification, focusing on monoclonal antibodies and antibody formats, supporting high-throughput teams with data and materials.
• Experience with chromatography, liquid handling, and data analysis is advantageous.
• Contribute to experiments, data analysis, and reporting, maintaining scientific excellence in protein purification and biochemistry.
• Participate in project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and SOPs, and maintain proper records.

Experience:

• Experience with liquid handlers/Hamilton devices preferred.
• For Scientist II:
  Bachelor's in Biochemistry or related, 2+ years experience or Master's with relevant experience.
• For Scientist III:
  Master's with 3+ years or Bachelor's with 7+ years in relevant fields.
• Ability to act independently in the absence of a supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of protein purification techniques and biochemistry.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work in teams.
• Experience with antibodies and automation is a plus.
