Dietary Aide

Overview

National Health Care Associates invites you to join the Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation.

As a Dietary Aide, you will support residents’ dietary needs by preparing, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment.

• Assist in preparing and serving meals following specified menus and dietary requirements.
• Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Stock and organize food and supplies.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to accommodate special dietary needs.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to residents during meal times.

• Previous experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Part‑time.

Shift schedule: 6a‑2p 24 hrs, 9:30a‑5:30p weekend, 11a‑7:30p every other week, 3:30p‑7:30p 8 hrs (2 days a week).
