What You'll Do:
- Deliver expert-level orthopedic physical therapy in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient clinic
- Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and providers
- Apply state-of-the-art modalities and evidence-based techniques for optimal outcomes
- Work with advanced equipment in a full open gym and private treatment suites
- Communicate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
- Contribute to a culture that values clinical growth, collaboration, and patient satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's or higher)
- CT Physical Therapy License (required)
- 1+ year of outpatient PT experience preferred
- Interest or training in orthopedic rehab highly preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- A desire to grow clinically and make a difference every day
