What You'll Do:

  • Deliver expert-level orthopedic physical therapy in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient clinic
  • Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and providers
  • Apply state-of-the-art modalities and evidence-based techniques for optimal outcomes
  • Work with advanced equipment in a full open gym and private treatment suites
  • Communicate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to a culture that values clinical growth, collaboration, and patient satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's or higher)
  • CT Physical Therapy License (required)
  • 1+ year of outpatient PT experience preferred
  • Interest or training in orthopedic rehab highly preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
  • A desire to grow clinically and make a difference every day
