Per Diem In-Home Caregiver

RVNAhealth is seeking Per Diem Live-In Caregivers to support clients in Fairfield County, CT.This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.

Support clients in medication reminders, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.

Maintain accurate care notes and communicate changes to the clinical team.

Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity in the home environment.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work on a per diem basis

Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to assignments

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Prior experience as a caregiver preferred but not required

The pay range for this position is $211.75 - $215.63 daily and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
