What You’ll DoAs an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is essential in ensuring quality care, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff within the unit
- Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individualized resident care
- Supervise daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain quality standards and compliance
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well‑being

- Valid state RN nursing license
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long‑Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care with interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill, and the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
