The Executive Director, Evidence Generation Lead converts Therapeutic Area (TA)/ Asset medical strategy into a prioritized, US-specific evidence plan and carries that plan through from evidence gap identification and prioritization to execution tracking, handoff for dissemination and impact review. The Evidence Generation Lead supports coordinated dissemination of generated evidence, ensuring dissemination strategy is aligned with prioritized evidence gaps, executed timely and is optimized.
The incumbent applies breadth across real-world evidence, interventional and non-interventional studies, externally sponsored and investigator-initiated research, as well as outcomes research to select appropriate pathways, engaging specialist methodological expertise as needed.
