Our store is more than just a jewelry boutique—we specialize in custom design and jewelry repair
, with an in‑house workshop that allows us to create one‑of‑a‑kind pieces and care for our clients’ treasured jewelry.
This role is integral to supporting both our retail operations and our bespoke services. Responsibilities include assisting clients with custom design consultations — helping translate their vision into one‑of‑a‑kind pieces by coordinating with designers and vendors — and managing jewelry repair intake by evaluating items, preparing detailed intake forms, and walking clients through restoration options.

The work environment allows individuals to express their creativity and take an active role in store planning. The position requires daily sales
, maintaining client wishlists
, developing and retaining a loyal client base
, contacting customers regarding new products
, promoting and participating in store events, merchandising, setting and meeting personal goals as well as store goals
. You will help ensure a seamless, luxury shopping experience, while also catering to clients who are in store for smaller, more approachable gifts and price points.

Candidate must have strong organizational skills
, possess drive, be goal oriented, be able to set priorities, learn and adapt to new procedures and display an energetic and positive attitude
.

Excellent communication with the sales team and management is expected, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:30‑6:30, Saturday 9:30‑5:30pm.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and client experience skills
• Experience with customer satisfaction and retail sales
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the jewelry or luxury retail industry, including custom design and jewelry repair, is a required
• Previous sales experience and a passion for jewelry
• Detail‑oriented, with a focus on providing personalized service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales, retail, or jewelry design is a bonus

Salary plus commission earnings depending on experience, equivalent to $65,000‑$95,000 annually

401k retirement plan with up to 4% company match

Paid time off – 20 days combined sick/personal/vacation

5 regular holidays per year for full‑time employees. They are the following:
