• Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educate customers on all Verizon products and services.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
• Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
• Assist store and assistant manager with assigned tasks.
• Complete all required training.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
• Develop professional skills for future career advancement.

• 1+ year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and provide proof of US work eligibility.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
