Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and professional School Security Officer to help maintain a safe and secure learning environment for students, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of all individuals on campus.

Responsibilities

• Patrol school grounds, buildings, and parking areas to maintain safety and order.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor access to ensure campus security.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and other incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities.
• Enforce school and district policies in a fair and consistent manner.
• Collaborate with school administrators and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide assistance and guidance to students, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Guard Card
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience (school or similar environment preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful or emergency situations.
