School Bus Driver – First Student

We are hiring part‑time School Bus Drivers for Ridgefield, CT. No experience as a bus driver is required; we provide paid CDL training and industry‑leading technology to help you succeed.

• A split shift: early‑morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• A guaranteed shift of 4 hours per school day. No overnight or weekend work unless desired.
• Additional hours from trips and charters when available.
• School holidays off, some paid.

• $36.35 per hour starting wage with benefits, or $39.38 per hour if you choose not to accept the benefits package.
• $80 attendance allowance.
• $100 medical allowance if you opt out of medical benefits.
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits plus 401(k) retirement savings plan (may vary by location or CBA).
• No experience necessary. Paid CDL training is available.

• Not required to have a college degree or high school diploma.
