Production Support – Wyld

Company: Wyld – cannabis‑edible manufacturer based in the Pacific Northwest

Location: Ridgefield, New Jersey

Compensation: $21.50 – $24.50 / hour, biweekly pay, 11 paid holidays, prorated PTO, 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance

• Prepare ingredients, rotate stations, and operate production equipment accurately
• Follow state regulations for product storage, handling, and sanitation
• Maintain high‑quality standards, performing ongoing QA/QC inspections during shifts
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, responding to questions and suggestions promptly
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, minimizing waste
• Assist with packaging tasks as needed
• Adapt to changes in duties or responsibilities as the role evolves

• Minimum 6 months of related food production or kitchen experience
• Understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Valid state permits, licenses, or certifications required
• Serv Safe Food Handler’s Card preferred
• Willingness to submit to a background check
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Legal age of 21 years or older in all applicable jurisdictions

Hourly rate of $21.50 / hr, paid biweekly with overtime eligibility, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours PTO, 401(k) retirement plan, and full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
