It’s a challenging goal, but we have a winning team that is looking to grow.  As the Product Manager, Consumer Services, you will oversee the strategic management and success of all products in the Consumer line of business with a focus on fixed-line services, including Home Internet & WiFi, Home TV, Home Phone, and Smart Home offerings for both residential and Single-Family Multiple Dwelling Units (MDUs).

You will craft product strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure customer experience, business objectives, and financial KPIs are achieved. This role demands a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong leadership and collaboration skills to elevate C Spire’s home services as a must-have brand.
** Responsibilities:
** Responsibilities In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
• Design, maintain, and deliver consumer product offerings tailored to multiple customer demographics.  
• Drive Home product initiatives through the PMCOE Product Development process, including business cases, 5/10-year NPV models, PR/FAQ documents, and related artifacts.  
• Manage video programming contracts and relationships; create programming packages and bundles while maintaining cost/margin models.  
• Provide key input to the overall design and development of all C Spire Home Service products.  
• Oversee Home Service workflows and partner with IT, Marketing, Sales, Network, and other internal teams to ensure strong performance and smooth launches.  
• Manage vendor relationships, including product roadmaps, contract negotiations, bill validation, approvals, and conflict resolution.  
• Monitor and report on market dynamics including pricing, promotions, and competitive technical specifications.  
• Generate and execute innovative product ideas, taking ownership of projects with energy and passion.  
• Serve as subject matter expert for all Home products, providing insights on competitive threats and opportunities.  
• Deliver recommendations on product additions or changes, marketing strategies, and sales tactics based on analysis.  
• Elevate C Spire as the top brand for fast internet, television, and reliable home phone by developing and delivering products customers value most.  
• Foster strong communication and collaboration across internal departments.  
• Prepare portfolio health dashboards and reports analyzing metrics of return, cost, and engagement.  
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
