• Show apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Process applications and collect deposits
• Maintain accurate records and assist residents professionally
• Promote the community through outreach and social media
• Ensure vacant units are clean and tour-ready
• Uphold Fair Housing regulations and company policies

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Leasing experience preferred. Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media
• Ability to work Saturdays and walk the property as needed
