Overview
Position: IMS Engineer – Ridgeland, Mississippi
We are seeking a highly skilled IMS Engineer to join our team in Ridgeland. If you’re passionate about IP Multimedia Subsystems and thrive in dynamic environments, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
- Strong technical expertise in IMS protocols: SIP, RTP, Diameter, HSS, and related technologies
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills – able to collaborate across teams and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives/projects
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to present and explain information clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 5+ years in telecommunications, with a focus on IMS and HSS technologies
- Hands-on experience with Mavenir or Nokia products
- Proven leadership abilities – managing teams and driving projects to completion
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
