The Manager, Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing the preparation of consolidated financial statements and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. This role manages the financial reporting process, supports month‑end close, coordinates external audit activities, and provides technical accounting guidance. The Manager will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and mentoring staff within the financial reporting function.
Need to have Technical Accounting experience – Research experience.
CPA required.
Experience with ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition); ASC 842 (Leases);
Accounting for business combinations, goodwill, and intangible assets is a huge plus.

Flowood, MS Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00
