The Service Advisor will assist with the effective day-to-day operations of the firm. This position is ideal for a Licensed professional who can provide world-class counsel and wealth management services to our private client group. The successful candidate should be skilled and experienced in using financial planning tools and software/technology. Journey Wealth is committed to our established high-level and trustworthy client relationships.
Additionally, experience working in financial services with a management team and high-net-worth clients would be assets.

- Organizational:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Technical Proficiency:
Working knowledge of financial planning software and CRM systems. - Exceptional note-taking and record-keeping ability.
Compensation
- Salary Commensurate with experience, competitive market rate, plus team performance bonuses. Position will remain open until February 15th.
- Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for client service requests, ensuring all inquiries are handled in a personable, professional, and timely manner.
- Client Onboarding: Complete and process new business applications for annuities, life insurance, and managed money with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. Lead the follow-up on pending business and account transfers, providing clients with consistent updates on their status.
- Case Preparation: Assist wealth management partners with preparing comprehensive case files. Retirement analysis. Social security reports. Risk analysis documentation.
- Annual Review Coordination: Perform client reviews and prepare account summaries to assist the private client group with account updates and ongoing financial strategies.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain an organized, compliant filing system and ensure the CRM database is updated daily to reflect all new business and service activities.
- Preferred Licensing: Life, Health, and Disability, and Series 65.
- Industry Knowledge: Ongoing experience in the financial services industry with a working knowledge of investment advisory and insurance products.
