• Develop, configure, and implement Guidewire modules (Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center) using GOSU and Java.
• Collaborate with client architects and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in end‑to‑end SDLC – from design through deployment and post‑production support.
• Optimize performance and scalability of Guidewire applications, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
• Integrate Guidewire with third‑party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, messaging, and plugins.
• Support defect triage, impact analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Maintain alignment with Blitzen
  
  X delivery frameworks and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to internal accelerators and reusability assets under the Blitzen

• 6+ years of total IT experience, with 4+ years in Guidewire development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with GOSU, Java, XML, and Guidewire configuration.
• Expertise in at least one core module – Policy Center, Billing Center, or Claim Center.
• Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud implementations or upgrades preferred.
• Proficient in API integration, web services, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and client delivery engagement models.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
