Lead Data Analyst

As a Lead Data Analyst, you'll play a key role in transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You'll lead analytics initiatives, develop reporting solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior analysts while helping the organization leverage data to improve performance, identify opportunities, and achieve strategic objectives.

• Lead data analysis projects from planning through implementation
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key business metrics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of organizational data
• Design and improve data models, reporting processes, and analytics workflows
• Mentor and support junior data analysts

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• $36-55k Compensation TBD
