LPN Nurse - Part-Time

• Assist residents with self‑administering medications and treatments.
• Collect, store, and transport specimens for laboratory studies.
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and physician communication forms.
• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts.
• Assist in the development and revision of service plans; inform the Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Wellness Director.

• At least 21 years old.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements.
• Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently an LPN/LVN.
• Maintain any other certifications required by state or provincial regulations.
