• Complete work orders and service requests promptly
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Maintain pool and amenities (CPO required)
• Respond to after‑hours emergencies (on‑call rotation)
• Uphold OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
• Track supply inventory and equipment maintenance

• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – Preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• HVAC experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Own basic tools and have reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors and walk the property regularly
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
