Warehouse Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Ridgeland, MS. This role is responsible for processing customer orders from start to finish—ensuring every shipment is accurate, on time, and handled with care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and can seamlessly integrate inventory management with daily warehouse operations.

• Order Processing
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label products for customer orders
  • Ensure all orders meet quality and accuracy standards before shipment
• Inventory Management
  • Receive incoming stock and properly put away inventory
  • Perform regular cycle counts and promptly report any discrepancies
  • Manage inventory transfers between locations
  • Process customer returns and update inventory records accordingly
  • Enter product details, quantities, and costs with precision, verifying all information against purchase orders
  • Monitor stock levels and order additional products and supplies as needed
• Shipping & Logistics
  • Prepare shipments by loading finished packages onto delivery trucks
  • Create and organize all required shipping documentation
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of outgoing orders
• Quality Control
  • Inspect merchandise for damage, defects, or inconsistencies prior to packing and shipping
  • Communicate with vendors regarding inventory issues, defects, or missing items
• Warehouse Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Communication & Teamwork
  • Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to support smooth daily operations
  • Assist with problem-solving and provide updates as needed
• Customer Service
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders
  • Resolve order-related issues and provide professional, friendly support

• Prior retail, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and carry products as required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
