We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ELA Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Language Arts, Reading and Writing preferably for K-12 grades and/or College.

We are currently seeking individuals to fill tutor positions in and around Ridgewood, NJ
. The Tutor will be responsible for meeting with students outside of school hours in-person
.

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailored to the individual needs of each student.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques.
• Track and analyze students' progress and adapt instruction methods to meet their evolving needs.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students and their families on academic progress.
• Collaborate with Tutor Doctor staff and other tutors to share best practices and contribute to the development of teaching materials as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years teaching/tutoring experience required
• Bachelor Degree or Higher
• Teaching credentials is a plus
• Located within 10-15 miles of Ridgewood, NJ. In-person tutoring is a must!
• Great personality with the ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Ability to create lesson plans
• Personal Vehicle and a access to the internet, a computer, and/or a smart phone
