Sports Med Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced director seeking a Clinic Director opportunity, or a career-minded Staff Physical Therapist seeking the next step in your career, we'd love to speak with you! Our regional leadership will provide you with the guidance and mentorship you need to take your career to the next level.
This position will start off Mon/Wed/Fri in Ridgewood and Tues/Thurs half days in a nearby clinic until the hours in Ridgewood expand.
Sports Med Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast. We are a multidisciplinary practice, which allows us to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients that we treat. Our facilities feature state of the art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries.

- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
- Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
- Lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
- Interview potential candidates for employment opportunities within your clinic
- Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
