Sports Med Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Director to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced director seeking a Clinic Director opportunity, or a career-minded Staff Physical Therapist seeking the next step in your career, we'd love to speak with you! This position will start off Mon/Wed/Fri in Ridgewood and Tues/Thurs half days in a nearby clinic until the hours in Ridgewood expand.

Sports Med Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy practice in the Northeast. We are a multidisciplinary practice, which allows us to provide high-quality comprehensive care for all patients that we treat. • Pay Range $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Work towards the advancement of the clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
• Lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Interview potential candidates for employment opportunities within your clinic
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
