Responsibilities- Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist will be responsible for providing assorted clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient patient care.
- Under the supervision of the Clinical Office Coordinator, Staff Physicians and the Practice Manager
- Full patient intake including vitals
- Assisting MDs in minor in-office procedures
- Drawing Blood, if needed
- Cleaning, stocking and maintaining the exam rooms
- Documenting and maintaining patient’s record in the office EMR
- Participating in patient follow-up efforts
- Greet patients promptly and professionally
- Maintains waiting room and front desk areas
- Answering & Routing Calls
- Scheduling & Re‑Scheduling Appointments
- Checking‑In and Checking‑Out patients
- Authorizations (Medication and High-Tech Radiology)

- Minimum 40 hours with limited OT
Small Physician owned OBGYN practice with a welcoming family like environment. We have one OB MD and one GYN only MD. We do have ambitions to grow and add MDs and APNs.
