The Ridgewood YMCA is seeking a Program Director who will be responsible for assisting the Executive Director in leading the day-to-day operations at the Ridgewood YMCA. Specific areas of responsibility will include managing a program portfolio, encompassing all Youth and Family, Teen, YSAM, and off‑site funded programs, as well as supervising the Program Coordinator. The Program Director will be responsible for the overall development, administration, strategic planning, supervision, and evaluation of these departments.
They will focus on maintaining a high‑quality program while raising additional funds to expand the program to meet the needs of the community.

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent experience required. Must include at least 15 credits in education, child development, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Two (2) - four (4) years of developing and implementing youth programs, staff training, and development.
- Knowledge of Program Development, Staff Development, and Budget Management required.
- Knowledge and experience in budgeting and public policy are a plus.
- Experience in SACC/CAMIS Licensing procedures.
- Knowledge of youth/adolescent growth and development.
- Computer literate. Knowledge of AS400 and Salesforce is a plus.
- CPR, First Aid, or RTE Trainer credentials preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple activities.
