* Key Responsibilities:

*** Design, implement and manage training programs for members of varying fitness levels.
* Conduct  group running sessions effectively and efficiently.
* Provide constant guidance and feedback on members’ running form and techniques to ensure their safety and efficiency during workouts.
* Monitor progress of each member, adapt programs as needed, and provide periodic fitness assessments.
* Organize program schedules, manage individual appointments and handle members’ inquiries about the running program.

* Qualifications:

*** Certified Group Fitness Instructor from a recognized industry organization.
* A minimum of two years of experience in coaching or a related field.
* Strong understanding of physiology, training program development, and sport-specific requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
