• Pay: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour

As a Dispatcher with A1 Heating and Cooling Inc., you'll be the voice and engine behind day-to-day service operations. You'll handle customer calls and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field technicians. Your day-to-day includes:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers

• Verifying customer details and entering them into service software

• Scheduling or canceling service calls and confirming appointments

• Maintaining the daily dispatch schedule and filling any open time slots

• Coordinating emergency and priority service calls

• Assisting technicians with customer information, schedule updates, and job history

• Managing maintenance agreements and scheduling related services

• Applying for permits and coordinating inspections

• Handling basic office duties including invoicing, payments, and customer updates

This position is based out of Rifle, CO and serves customers within a 50-mile radius.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (preferred)

• Familiarity with Word and Excel

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work in person at the Rifle, CO office
