Centro de la Familia seeks an Educational Specialist to lead Head Start education at the Rifle and Parachute centers. Under the Education Manager, you ensure age-appropriate, culturally relevant learning and support teachers and families as the child’s first teachers.
You will train staff, manage credentialing, review lesson plans, coordinate screenings, analyze assessments, and embed IEP/IFSP/RTI goals. A Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and 3 years of leadership experience are required;
