Position Overview

Universal Banker IV, Rifle at ANB Bank. The position is located at 429 Railroad Ave., Rifle, CO 81650 and is a full‑time, non‑exempt role with a Monday‑Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Process deposit, withdrawal, and transfer transactions and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Cash checks within assigned limits and perform daily cash settlements.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts; order checks, ATM/Debit cards, and starter checks.
• Apply selling techniques to open, develop, and close sales; actively cross‑sell products and services.
• Identify customer financial needs through in‑person effort, cold calls, referrals, and marketing; recommend appropriate products and services.
• Respond to customer needs and priorities; establish effective working relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives; deliver quality service as defined by department and company standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with BSA, banking regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

• Minimum 4 years of prior bank experience in teller or personal banker duties (external applicants).
• Minimum 2 years of prior bank experience in teller or personal banker duties (internal applicants).
• Proficient computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Subject‑matter expertise on banking products, services, and regulations.

Pay Range: $22.00 – $26.75 per hour, commensurate with experience and education. The position may be eligible for an additional $1.00 per hour if approved for the Spanish Communication Assistant Program.
