Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Rifle, CO

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Location: Rifle, Colorado

Talented Medical Solutions, a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency, is hiring a full-time PT for a rewarding role in Rifle, CO. Position Details

• Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)
• Setting:
  Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility needs)
• Status:
  Full-time contract (40 hours/week)
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP or upon availability
• Pay:
  Competitive weekly compensation, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, pain, or mobility limitations
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical goals
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
• Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
• Excellent communication, time management, and patient rapport skills
