• 13-week contract | Day shifts only | Weekends off
• Top pay: $2300 per week
• Work independently as the sole PT in Critical Access Care

• Active CO PT license & BLS Certification
• 1+ years of PT experience (outside student clinicals)
• Competency in CMS skilled criteria & medical necessity guidelines
