Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Rifle, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Talented Medical Solutions, a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency, is hiring a full-time PT for a rewarding role in Rifle, CO. Help patients regain independence while working in a town where outdoor adventure and small-town charm go hand in hand.
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8 hours/day)
Setting: Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility needs)
Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week)
Start Date: ASAP or upon availability
Pay: Competitive weekly compensation, based on experience

Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, pain, or mobility limitations
Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical goals
Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education
Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred
Excellent communication, time management, and patient rapport skills
