Shift: 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility
Status: Full-time contract (36 hours/week)
Start Date: ASAP or upon availability
Pay: Competitive weekly pay, based on experience

Bi-weekly direct deposit and consistent communication
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Promote dignity and respect in all resident interactions
Maintain clean and safe environments
Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum of 6 months recent experience in long-term care
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
Strong communication and time-management skills
