Schedule: 4x10s (40 hours/week guaranteed)

We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehab team in Rifle, Colorado
.

This role offers a steady 4x10 schedule with guaranteed hours, giving you the opportunity to provide impactful patient care while enjoying life in a welcoming mountain town.

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions to restore mobility, strength, and independence
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and medical teams
• Provide patient and family education on exercises and long-term recovery strategies
• Accurately document care in compliance with facility and state standards

• Active Colorado PT license (or compact license)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience (rehab or outpatient preferred)
• Strong background in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and functional rehab
