- Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
- Ability to monitor and document patient vital signs accurately.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrated ability to support patients with mobility and physical activities.
- Proven ability to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
