• Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Assist with medical procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist in the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.

• Support patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting.
• Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to monitor and document patient vital signs accurately.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Demonstrated ability to support patients with mobility and physical activities.
• Proven ability to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
