We are hiring a Welder/Fabricator to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on role in a production shop environment where you will fabricate, fit, and weld metal components daily. We need someone with solid experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to read blueprints. Must be able to work independently and in a team. All candidates must live or relocate to the State of Colorado and live nearby Rifle, CO and must have a valid Driver's License.

Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components to spec with precision and consistency
Meet production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety protocols
Communicate clearly with shop leads and team members to ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time
Inspect finished welds and fabrications for quality before sign-off
Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience (architectural and structural fabrication)
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
AWS certification or equivalent is a plus, but not required
