As an Emergency Room RN, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—assessing, triaging, and treating patients of all ages and conditions. Your calm under pressure and clinical expertise will be critical in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Rapidly assess and triage incoming patients

Provide urgent care and stabilize critical conditions

Collaborate with physicians and emergency team members

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document treatment

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)

TNCC (preferred or willing to obtain)

Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience

Strong clinical judgment and the ability to stay cool under pressure
