• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support residents’ physical and emotional needs with compassion and professionalism

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment
